Terms of Service

Marketplace role

Extremigo helps customers send booking requests to independent activity providers. A request is not confirmed until the provider accepts it. The provider delivers the activity and is responsible for its description, availability, qualifications, equipment, safety instructions, and performance.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter a contract. Do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, interfere with security, or submit unlawful content.

Group bookings

When booking for other people, provide accurate participant details and confirm that you have permission to share them. For a participant under 18, you must have authority from their parent or guardian to provide their details and arrange the activity. The provider may check age, eligibility, equipment, and guardian requirements before confirming or at departure.

Activities and safety

Adventure and extreme sports involve inherent risk. Review the provider’s requirements, disclose information the provider reasonably needs for safe participation, follow instructions, use required equipment, and decide whether the activity is suitable for you. Providers may refuse participation when safety requirements are not met.

Changes and cancellations

Providers may accept, decline, or offer a different date. Customers may withdraw pending requests or decline alternatives. Any price, payment, refund, cancellation, weather, and no-show terms presented for an activity or agreed with its provider apply to that booking.

Platform availability

We work to keep Extremigo available and secure, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or events outside our control. We may suspend accounts or listings that threaten users, providers, or the platform.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Extremigo is not responsible for an independent provider’s acts or omissions. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
