Before every activity
Adventure activities involve real risk. Good preparation starts with accurate information, qualified providers, and clear communication.
Providers submit business identity, insurance, licences, and guide qualifications for review before receiving marketplace access.
Share relevant experience, equipment needs, health considerations, and access notes requested for safe participation.
The provider may change, postpone, or stop an activity because of weather, conditions, participant readiness, or safety requirements.
Provider insurance varies by activity, territory, and policy. Ask the provider what its policy covers and consider personal travel or activity insurance appropriate for your plans. A provider’s presence on Extremigo does not replace your own assessment of risk or insurance needs.
Follow the provider’s instructions and contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed. In Greece and across the European Union, the general emergency number is 112.
Send safety or listing concerns to contact@extremigo.com with the activity, provider, date, and relevant booking reference.
Providers apply with business, insurance, licence, qualification, and contact details. Extremigo reviews those details before giving provider workspace access or allowing activities to appear publicly.
A customer request is not a confirmed booking until the provider accepts it. Extremigo does not currently collect online payments, so customers should confirm payment method, cancellation terms, weather policy, and refund rules directly with the provider before paying.
Customers can keep contact details, experience level, equipment sizes, and relevant health or access notes in their profile. Providers use those details to prepare equipment and decide whether the request is suitable.
