Extremigo operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent activity providers. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@extremigo.com.

Information we use

We process account details, contact information, profile and equipment details, booking requests, provider responses, and technical security logs. For group bookings, we may also process participant names, ages, adult or child status, and optional equipment notes. We use this information to operate accounts, arrange requested activities, check activity requirements and capacity, prevent abuse, support users, and meet legal obligations.

Who receives information

Relevant booking, contact, and participant details are shared only in the authenticated booking workspace with the provider handling the request. Participant details are not included in booking notification emails. We also use service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, and operational communications. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Account authentication and platform data are hosted using Google Cloud services in the European Union where configured. We apply access controls, encrypted transport, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

You can correct profile data, download an account copy, or request account deletion from your profile. We may retain anonymized or legally required transaction records after deletion. You may also ask to access, correct, restrict, object to, or transfer eligible data, and you may complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Accounts are intended for adults able to enter a contract. An adult may add a child to a group booking only when they have authority from the child’s parent or guardian to share the requested details and arrange participation. We collect age rather than date of birth and do not request child contact details. Providers may set additional age requirements for individual activities.
